Hoop H450 (non-returnable)

This is a high quality, polycotton, hand-cut and stitched hoop slip with a drawstring waist. It is made in the U.S. by a company that has been making slips and crinolines for over 35 years. The company went out of business during the pandemic and these hoop slips are no longer available; we have only what is currently in stock. Hoops are constructed of a strong steel dipped in plastic, and can be removed so that the slip can be washed.

This is a hoop that was previously a rental hoop. Previous rental hoops with discoloration are structurally sound and in very good condition, but were returned with mud or dirt on the bottom ruffle. After cleaning, some discoloration remained.
