For sizing, measure your natural measurements - the bust and waist of the gown should be about 1" larger than your natural measurements. Also measure from your waist to your floor to check the length of a gown. If worn with a 4-bone hoop, the effective length will be about 2" shorter then the skirt length posted.

• Beautiful vintage Mike Benet gown in red acetate with white lace ruffles. The sleeveless bodice is lined and boned, with rows of ruffles forming the center panel. The skirt is very full; the lace panel of the bodice extends down the center skirt front to the hem. The skirt has an ivory acetate lining, and netted self crinoline. The back zipper is a metal zipper. Center ruffled panel of the skirt has a darkened area (pictured) with staining on the underlying lining. Pictured over hoop H450 (not included).

• Condition: Very good, other than a 5” slit in the ivory skirt lining and the lace staining which, reduces the condition to fair.. Otherwise the dress is structurally sound and in very good to excellent condition.
