Tiered ruffled gown in royal blue acetate.  The bodice is lined, and has elasticized shoulders to be worn on or off the shoulder.  The skirt is unlined, with three tiers of fabric ruffles that sweep around the front and then up the back to the waistline.  A ribbon sash could easily be added if desired.  Pictured over hoop H450.

Condition:  Excellent.  A tuck has been taken at the hemline to shorten the dress.  This could be let out to a skirt length of 44'-45", but stitches would probably show.
