Skirt Sweep - cannot measure due to ruffle, but the skirt is very full and fits easily over a 6-bone hoop

Condition: Good. This gown has a few issues: (1) there is some fading along the hemline in areas around the circumference, (2) the front bodice seam line has been let out near the waist, and some stitching shows, and (3) some large spots near the hemline (we have not tried to remove them), and a few scattered spots. All issues are shown in the photos. The voluminous folds of the skirt do help to hide the issues. When worn, it presents as in the full length photos.
